Have attended several winery tours before, but I think the tour hosted by National Wine Center is the most educational one

Wow what an icon at my back door. Have always said we must come here one day and yesterday was the day. Thank you to Amanda for our tour. It was so interesting and Amanda was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We then had the privilege of meeting Andrew for our tasting. Andrew knew his craft and was a pleasure to chat with. We actually thought we knew a lot but he opened up a whole new way of grapes in areas and why they are the best in regions. Thank you so much so informative. BTW good coffee is a hit as well

The only one thing more pleasurable than learning about wine is tasting it. South Australia is known as the "Wine State" it certainly has some wonderful wines. Although I have toured many of the State's wine regions, I must say that this tour and tasting was a revelation. I have toured this centre several times, and I am always amazed by the diversity of Australian wIne.

This is such a hidden gem. Lovely tour with really good insights and information around wine in Australia. Wine tasting was great and then you can taste 120 wines from across Australia (though maybe a bit too focused on SA wines) plus eat lunch. Great experience

Did the Tour & Tasting combo - Andrew was a wonderful host - knowledgable - great background on the Aussie wine industry - then a tasting of three wines - again, Andrews amazing knowledge of so many wines was insightful. We then did our own tasting - the opportunity to taste such an amazing array of wines in the one location was just incredible. Then we were approcachd by a gorgeous Irish lady who worked there - I so wish I could remember her name! - who generously and with wonderful hospitality, gave some tips on where to go in the Adelaide Hills and McLarenvale where we we were planning to visit. And lastly the arhitecture of the building itself is stunning as well.

If you enjoy a glass of wine, tasty food and a unique atmosphere this is a must do. We did the tour with Andrew and it was excellent. The food was great and the tasting options were endless. A great day out... from what I can remember!

The tour with Andrew (AB) was very comprehensive and very educational. Certainly worth the money. AB is a fantastic host and went out of his way to answer all our questions. I had the lamb shoulder for lunch- it was amazing!

We had a great tour and glad we paid the extra to have a guided tour with Andrew Bruce, who was a great host and gave us all the little extra insights into this country’s wonderful wine industry. Andrew selected some superb wines to taste at the end of our tour, which put us in the perfect mood for lunch. How lucky we are to have this great facility available to us in our own back yard.

We did the Australian Wine Discovery Tour with Tastings which was great. I’d like to highlight Patrick who guided us through the tastings. Super helpful, knowledgeable great sense of humour and with a lot of passion for what he’s doing he made the tastings much more enjoyable and added to the experience. After the tastings we opted to add on the “feed me” package which was amazing. We could not finish all the beautiful offerings they had for food but had a great time coupling the food with the great selection of wines in the gallery, accompanied with live music.
